Following a career that started in marketing, Martina subsequently trained as an accountant and managed IT projects before launching a chocolate and coffee brand and retail business. Here, ethical sourcing met a strong sense of social justice and environmental advocacy borne from experiences living and travelling across multiple continents. A Masters degree in Business Sustainability and role as a Bord Bia Origin Green Ambassador followed, and now, as Diageo’s Global Head of Regenerative Agriculture, she combines her diverse skills, experience, and natural curiosity to promote shared value across supply chains in a way that is pragmatic, collaborative and transformative.
