Dr Lynsey Hollywood is the Manager of the Food & Drink Business Development Centre and the Course Director for the MSc Food Design and Innovation at Ulster University Business School.  Her role seeks to engage with local food businesses in research and innovation as well as develop teaching programmes to support the needs of the sector. She currently supervises seven PhD students all completing projects in the area of food marketing, food tourism, consumer insight, food poverty and product development. Her research skills include survey design, qualitative NVivo analysis, focus groups, interviews and observation studies.
