Dave is a senior sustainability professional leading Responsible Sourcing for Kellogg in Europe. In this role he is responsible for supplier sustainability across ingredients, packaging and indirect goods and services. He also leads the Kellogg Origins Programme in Europe investing in sustainable agriculture projects with ingredient growers.  Over a 20-year career Dave has worked across all aspects of sustainability in the food and beverage supply chain. Previously he led regional manufacturing sustainability for Diageo in Africa and Europe. More recently he was Group Head of Sustainability for Dairygold, a leading dairy cooperative and food ingredients business where he developed a full value chain sustainability program including farm, manufacturing and suppliers.
