Brenda Kelleghan worked as a Product Development Manager in the Food Industry for over 15 years before joining the Southern Regional College 7 years ago as a Food Innovation and Technology Specialist. Brenda has worked with hundreds of businesses helping them research, develop and launch new and reformulated products across a range of categories in chilled, frozen and ambient goods in retail and food service. Brenda’s passion is in all aspects of product development and implementation of the NPD process in the food industry along with providing technical assistance and advice on back of pack labelling.
